6 planets will appear to line up in our night sky on the 28th of February in a rare event called a Planet Parade

each planet moves at a different speed and is a different distance from the sun

but what do they look like from our perspective here on Earth

when you see a planetary parade is those brighter planets you're going to see first

and so we can see Mercury Venus Jupiter Saturn Neptune and Urina

you can't see the colors but you can see that it's a bright non twinkling light in the sky

and particularly on the 28th the planet will of course line up and now appear to line up for the week surrounding the event

but I say give it a go with a smartphone and a camera like this if you have one and give it your best shot
