Many don't even have strong terms and conditions pages and are just 'hoping' they don't meet the bad humans that will do the wrong thing. Unfortunately, these people are getting screwed. The worst part is there is no restriction on when they can do a chargeback which means that you could get one for work you have done a year from now.

Coaches are just issuing invoices not knowing the importance of linking to their terms and conditions page on their website. People are going to their banks and credit card providers and winning at getting their money back just because the person doesn't have strong refund terms and conditions that the person agreed to.

Worse still there are unscrupulous people out there that are actively buying courses and programs (especially those under $2,000) and copying the entire lot and either selling it as their own or just straight selling it in a package with other courses they have done the same too. It is actually a strategy being taught by some experts as "research and development" aka "rob and duplicate (R & D)".
