Chase started in 2000 with his first rental property at 16; he bought a few more before selling out to fund his college education. After working for a while in the film industry, Chase returned to Real Estate, purchasing a few rental properties. After jumping hard with a 10 unit property, Chase has steadily built a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily properties. His philosophy so far has been strictly Buy & Hold. In 2015, Chase jumped into wholesaling property and had since built a business that helps to develop his portfolios and many other real estate investors.
