Today we sit down with my old friend, and long ago boss, and author, and rockstar Karel Horney. She has battled eating disorders, despression, and alcoholism for most of her life, and in the process she started and grew one of the best non-profits serving children and families with disabilities. She has been to hell and back again a few times and is here to tell of the journey. A difficult journey that ends with grace and beauty.
