Terms of service (also known as terms of use and terms and conditions, commonly abbreviated as TOS or ToS and ToU) are rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use a service. With that being said, these terms while arduous, are incredibly important for the end user and should always be something you parse through to ensure you understand what you're signing up for.
