International Regulatory, Trade Policy and Global Strategy Professional, Tonya Kemp joins host Penny Rosema as they discuss why U.S. cookware and bakeware manufactures should pay attention to ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) and how policy in regards to PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) have changed globally.

Tonya has worked in Washington, DC for more than 25 years. She has worked with US government officials and members of Congress on various issues ranging from free trade agreements to regulatory policy. After working for both trade associations and the private sector, Tonya has branched out on her own to use her broad experience to help provide insight and strategic guidance to companies needing help understanding developing global regulatory environments that could have an impact on the category of consumer goods.
