When I launched the podcast, seasons gave me safety. They gave me a framework, a plan, and the confidence to begin. But over time, I realized the structure that once supported my creativity had started limiting it.

This conversation is really about something much bigger than podcasting. It’s about recognizing when a system, identity, routine, strategy, or structure has served its purpose and having the courage to update it.

Because sometimes the thing that helps you begin becomes the thing that keeps you small if you cling to it for too long.
