While journaling about my intentions for 2021 and reflecting on a decade of being in business, I came to further clarity about the culture around work that I want to cultivate for myself, as well as the legacy that I want to leave behind. As a self-describing workaholic, I've been advising others to prioritize self-care, self-sustenance, and self-celebration in their lives, but I haven't been doing enough of those things for myself. That's all changing this year!
