Kevin Basham is an entrepreneur who co-founded a seven-figure recycling business in the UK.  He dropped out of college, and yet managed to startup the business with no money and little experience.  Here, Kevin talks about how it wasn't easy and of his start with humble beginnings.  Growing up, he had little confidence, was a shy kid, even bullied, and had other obstacles to jump over along the way.  Yet after joining the work force, he learned he had a knack for sales and business, and is still the director of his company.
