In this conversation with Noura Mehmet-Khan we discuss the importance of prioritising, modelling a work-life balance and the culture of working hard. Noura reflects deeply on motherhood and leadership, and speaks about how she openly models wellbeing to staff. 

Noura has progressed professionally from an NQT to Assistant Headteacher in the same school. Her passions lie in establishing a work-life balance, wellbeing and modelling this to others. Noura strongly believes that becoming a mother has made her a much better teacher and leader which she  strives to model for others.
