If you have ever been discriminated against or singled out and bullied, you know what I am talking about. Mean girls exist and not just in school and universities but at work and in social situations too. There is nothing worse than being told you do not belong and feel shunned by the people you considered friends. Most of the young girls and women blame themselves and internalize feeling of shame, guilt and anger which creates social barriers for them in several areas of their life and future relationships.
