This week I'm joined by a man who recently finished 4th in a 547km ultra-marathon across America from LA to Vegas called The Speed Project. Jonty became the first type-1 diabetic to complete this challenge, an incredible feat! Jonty also owns one of the best running stores in the country, Runlimted!
