Colin Hudon is the founder of Living Tea and Mountain Gate, a herbalist, acupuncturist, and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine deeply influenced by Taoism and Zen. After years of study and travel across Asia, he brings ancient traditions to life by guiding tea ceremonies, sourcing wild-grown, old-growth teas, and cultivating somatic wellness and mindfulness through the Way of Tea.
