Today's episode was recorded on 29th July 2020. This morning I completed a 10-minute meditation whilst I'm lying in bed although my head hurts. I do love meditations but have not been consistent. I'm not very good at asking for help but I am learning to be better at this. I realise that asking for help is also a way of being kinder to myself. When I pause my recording I have to try to remember what I was talking about.
