Are protein shakes any good?
This episode comes off the back of a client asking whether there were any downfalls to using protein powders rather than food to meet your protein goal.
Protein shakes are a quick & easy way to get protein & may be ideal if you are busy, always on the go, don't have a lot of time to make meals or struggle to eat enough protein.
However, they are called supplements because they are meant to supplement your diet, so when possible I suggest not replacing meals with protein shakes and only using shakes to top up your protein intake.
