In this episode the hole in the workforce that is being left by retiring Boomers is discussed. Although many younger generations wish Boomers would just go away and die, companies who have them as employees are not prepared to lose them yet. In addition, it is being found that these same generations haven't got properly trained nor ambitious enough people that can replace or even succeed them.
