Today I share my story of how I was sexually abused at 16 years old by a family member. I tell the story of what happened, how people reacted and what happened after. 

I talk about how I suppressed these emotions for 18 years and how it affected my life moving forward. 

This was a very vulnerable episode to share with you and I am scared to share it, however I know it could help someone.
