Building resilience from my adversities is what Paul is all about. He finds positivity in everything that happens to him. From the tragic loss of his mother as a very young child, through to his trans daughter taking her own life late last year.  

“You are not responsible for the hand you have been dealt with in life, but your responsibility is how to play that hand, period!”  

Life gets in the way, but it does not have to stop you, you can use these things to fuel your passions.  

Paul believes you can do anything if you put your mind to it.  But he is fortunate to have the start he had because this enabled him to mould his own future the way he wanted, and that he did.   

Having been in the property business for 36 years and sitting both sides of the desk, from estate Agent to Trader, he realised how simple this business is it's not about the commodity he trades, it’s about people.  

This has enabled him to trade over 800 property deals to date, also he has taught 1000’s of investors how to buy and sell property for quick profits. Even writing a book on the subject ‘Hustle your way to Property Success,’
