Dr. Chelsi Clark, Ph.D., is a therapist, public speaker, and writer with over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. She is the Director of BIPOC Programming and the Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Charlie Health, the nation’s largest provider of virtual IOP treatment programs for teens, young adults, and families navigating mental health challenges. Dr. Clark is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, a Provisional Licensed Counselor, and a former psychology university professor.
She has deep, insightful knowledge of the teenage mind from years of working with the school systems spanning different states and has published various well-received articles, most notably on racial microaggressions. Her works have been published in top scientific journals like Psychology in Schools and School Psychology Review.
She is very passionate about young black girls and helping them with the tools they need to flourish and thrive in a world that doesn’t always provide for them.
