As my healing journey continues and progress is certainly being made, this weekend a comment was made that I think I need to address because more than likely, you've experienced a comment or two like this one and it's made you feel unworthy or undesirable. After talking with my therapist about this just days after, I had come to realize what that comment really translated for me and how it's been comments like this, that value looks and beauty above more important things, that have shaped my view of myself and my sense of value. 

In this episode, I share my ah-ha moments of clarity that came from my therapy session dissecting this experience and the many others that we as a community of warriors experience regularly and we answer the question, What IS beauty really?
