Scott’s life started with training with weights before he realized that numbers in the gym don’t correspond to strength in the real world. He’s a mechanical engineer, certified personal trainer, handstand coach, and natural mover. He created a club that grew to over 500 members are University or Rhode Island with a purpose of no purpose. We talk philosophy and purpose of movement in this episode.
