Pat and Alora have a great talk to day about what to do what you can't sleep. I like to breath, Alora likes to draw.

I talk to Alora about what gives her stress. We talked about three things. But she is in middle school, there is way more than three things.

Every birthday Alora not only gets older but also more chores around the house. (its bathroom time)

Finding an outlet for anger and expressing yourself can sometimes be the same thing. Alora seems to have some things figured out.
