Last week, Weight Watchers released a new program called “Freestyle.” It claims to provide a flexible approach to dieting and promote weight loss in a healthy way. We just want to chime in and say that “flexible dieting” and “healthy weight loss” are basically oxymorons. Just because WW says it’s body positive doesn’t mean it is! If I call a tree an airplane, does that mean it can fly? Nope it does not. If you want to know what on Earth we’re talking about, listen in!
