027 It's OK not to be OK all the time

Us humans are emotional beings, yet so often we avoid experiencing the full spectrum of emotions - the hi's and the lo's. But feelings just wanna be felt. So, if you've ever suppressed or shoved down your emotions with food, alcohol, spending, screen time etc the antidote is to learn not to do that, and be with them instead. Easier said than done, but as always I love to practice what I preach and these last fews days I found myself spiralling into old thought patterns and feelings of anxiety... so I had the perfect opportunity to do just that. Thought I'd share with you here in case it helps you move through those uncomfortable feelings.
