I recorded this episode towards the end of 2020, when I was feeling near my lowest point in the whole of this Covid pandemic.

We're all tired of Zoom, and WhatsApp, and masks, and that ominous phrase "the new normal".

There is a mental and physical fatigue which can drive us all down.

But that means it's even more important that we learn to dig deeper and look after each other.

One of the best ways to do that is in small daily acts which can spread some positivity and make someone's day brighter.

Here are 3 ways which you can action in literally a few seconds to spread some positive energy and someone else's day (and by the same token, your own day), better and brighter.
