028. Build Your House: Building Light, Leafy, & Liquid Meals

Whether you are working on establishing new healthful habits or improving upon, this must commence by building your house appropriately. Last week I discussed how pantry and exercise staples have served me as I improve my health and maintain my fitness. Today, I will first share the concept of light, liquid, and leafy meal day and how to build a day as such for the purposes of building a lean body. In part 2 through my Youtube channel, I will share one move that significantly supports a lean body, the purpose for a day where light, liquid, and leafy meal templates can be most successful.
