When I was a new teacher I was under the impression that whatever you put in place in September is what needed to happen for the rest of the school year: the planning method, behavior management, paper flow and so much more.  In this episode I outline some of the things that I have successfully changed in the middle of the school year that made me and my classroom much happier.
