#028: Coachee (Customer) Avatar – Part 2 or 2

Hey what’s up everybody, this is Karim Amri. Welcome to Coaching Secrets Podcast.
In yesterday episode we spoke about the customer avatar in business, and importance of identifying it for coaches.
A client avatar or a coachee avatar or customer persona as named by some marketers, is a detailed description of your ideal coachee.
Up to what level this description is made, the answer is up to the maximum level you can, and the more you go deeper in identifying your customer the better is it for your business.
In fact when we have a clear and perfectly crafted image of our dream customer, we’ll be able to clearly identify where they are, and the opposite is true, if we’re vague in identifying our customer, that means they can available everywhere and nowhere, and chances are very low to find them.
One more important value of identifying our dream coachee clearly is that, once we create a model of the person and how he looks like, and behave, we’ll be able to know how he thinks, and what’s happening in his mind, what questions they ask and what answers they are looking for and where they may look for these answers.
To create your avatar as questions like:
What’s their age?Are they employees or business ownersAre they married or single?Do they have kids?What’s their level of education?Do they have a growth Mindset or Fixed Mindset?How much they are making per year?What’s their best hobbies?How do they spend their holidays and weekend?What car they are driving?How do they look physically?How is their health?What’s their preferred social media channel?
And all the questions the can help you identify the avatar to the small detail.
One step next, is to search with the key information and description you made, and find a picture of the person who looks like the imagined avatar.
This is work will be the base of all what’s going to come next in your business as coach, whether your sales campaign, your marketing campaign, the published content and even the team hiring f needed. All your messages and content should be crafter to attract and influence this identified dream coachee.
