Rick is a self-described “curious nerd”, he has loved learning and teaching since early childhood. From traditional classroom pedagogy to executive coaching, he has always enjoyed working with others to bring out the best in them.  His professional experience spans numerous industries from financial services, construction, medical services and supplies, to agricultural products.  He is a happily married father of six who loves to travel, read, and enjoy new experiences.He and his family are active in their community and especially their church.
