Hello everyone! I chatted with Sean, a director of his own company. Broadly speaking, he works in development and developing people (and companies, and… well, you’ll have to listen to unpick more…), and has a lot of experience in many different fields. So we have a good discussion about work practices, how institutions change, how to provide meaningful training, and a whole lot more.
