Are you satisfied with your life? I mean, really satisfied? Do you see others around you getting the new things that you want? Do you long for a luxurious vacation when you see your friend post a picture of their toes in the sand at some beautiful beach? How about the models in those magazines? Do you wish you were as slim or as fit as them or that your spouse looked like them? All of this roots from a life of discontentment and is only heightened by a culture of comparison. That comparison trap is what we're talking about in this episode — how it leaves us dissatisfied — how it loops us into a cycle of envy and how we need to work hard to overcome it.
