Today, Al Ramsey joins Nancy to share his personal story of coming out as gay in two separate stories of coming to terms with his identity. On one hand, he was one of the first people to confront the shift in treatment toward the LGBT community in the workforce as he  became an advocate for inclusion at TD bank. Then, with this shift came the need to finally share his full self with his family. Through his courage to come out in both of these situations, Al speaks on how remaining authentic to who he is ultimately allowed him to become a better advocate and make a greater impact in helping other members of the LGBT community.
