Our guest today is a Musician and Educator, hailing from just outside New York City. Connor Frost toured extensively both as a solo act and with his band and started an education company to help emerging musicians write and release their first album. Catherine and Connor discuss throughout this episode the similarities between what it takes to become a successful musician and a successful visual artist. They also talk candidly about the mindset and habits artists from any discipline need to develop to pursue a professional career. Starting with these words: “Art is meant to be shared.
