When you are new to practitioner work you may follow the cardinal rule you’ve been trained in, to ‘never lead your clients’. You may believe it’s wrong to ‘give advice’ or ‘tell them what to do’ because it cripples them.
But experienced wellness practitioners know this: Your clients NEED your guidance and leadership in order to be more empowered.
Providing an intuitive, non-judgmental external perspective (that is NOT personal opinion), triggers an internal response in your clients - it brings awareness to the deep inner answers within them.
Yes, sometimes part of your client discovering the answers within themselves, requires your intuitive, non judgmental perspective and guidance.
The most powerful people in history, Kings and Queens, seek counsel and consult. Does that take away their power or ability to make decisions?
No. It equips them to make the best decision for themselves.
It shines light on alternative paths, opens doors and brings awareness to greater possibilities and options.
Intuitive guidance empowers your clients because it helps them CONNECT with the unconscious intuitive answers within them and shines light on their path.
