Wow, it has been a little over 6 months of these magical Sunday Soulful Sermons and here we are... at the Season 1 finale. You know, one of my core values is integrity and that means honoring the cycles of death and rebirth and this has been sooooo clear for me, lately. These last 6 months have been nothing short of EXPANDING...solo episodes + guided journeys + guest episodes. Whoosh. It's been a ride. Each episode has been packed with so much damn juice - timeless wisdom - that will always meet you in the present moment - no matter what season // phase // stage of life you are in.
And so here I am -- honoring this clear cycle of completion. BUT. this doesn't mean the end, at all. Completion because I am expanding. Completion because the pod is expanding. Completion because I am making space for the new. This is a time where reflection and integration is KEY for me... space for my being to breathe more life into the next phase of this podcast journey.
