These are strange times we are living in to say the least. Luckily there have been strange times before ours and certain groups of people learned how to navigate them better than others.

In my opinion, one group is the Stoics. Their philosophical view of the world is applicable to daily life.

You can use it in all kinds of situations.  Big & small.

A great place to learn more about the stoics is a book called The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday. If any of this was of interest to you, get that book to hear many excerpts of Stoicism.
