• Clarify your next dream job before saying yes. If the opportunity does not move you closer to meaningful work with substance and purpose, recognize it may solve short term money problems but create long term misalignment.
• Find out what kind of stress does the job create. Distinguish the fine line between a good stress that helps you grow and the bad stress that destroys you.  
• Have a clear conversation about expectations considering it is a full time job that might require long term commitment. You might risk burning bridges if you plan to leave early.
• Ask what full time actually means including hours, overtime, creative control, and whether you will simply show up and make the donuts.
