1. Weekly intentional meetings — having reserved time to address issues of what may have come up, what could have occurred better, patterns you both notice (both healthy and unhealthy etc.)
2. Weekly Intentional Non-sexual intimacy — eye gazing, skin caressing, intentional cuddling without electronics, quality non-sexual intimacy time.
3. Creating a spiritual ritual you both practice together— praying, meditating, journaling. Not just praying regularly, but making it your own and the intentions being based around growing together and growing your love for one another.
