Our guest speaker on this episode is Essam. He grew up in Egypt, studied medicine, then moved to Stockholm, and now lives in Berlin. He shares his personal experiences with the bureaucratic hurdles involved in hiring non-EU staff. Essam is also involved in a project supporting Moldavian and Ukrainian women entrepreneurs, affected by the aftermath of the war in Ukraine.
