This week, we're delighted to be joined by Eoin Bailey. Eoin is now an innovation and circular economy manager at Celsa Steel UK but started his career as a designer working in the automotive sector.

In this episode, Eoin talks about the importance of the circular economy, the role of design in the life cycle of a product, and how waste should be viewed as bad design. Eoin also discusses his love of the oceans, how he came to appreciate the value of recourses and how he is currently training to be an RNLI crew member.
