While investigating the boorish American businessman Auric Goldfinger (who bears an uncanny resemblance to a modern day villain), Bond becomes entangled in a complex plot to destabilize the world economy via a giant gold heist. Has Bond met his match in the “the man with the Midas touch?” The film features Honor Blackman as Pussy Galore, Harold Sakata as Oddjob, Cec Linder as Felix Leiter, and Gert Fröbe as Auric Goldfinger.
