Today we are joined by Jennifer Brown, author of “How To Be An Inclusive Leader.” Jennifer has a Masters in Leadership and Organizational Development and formed Jennifer Brown Consulting (JBC) to help companies meet their leadership goals. JBC subsequently transformed into spearheading Diversity & Inclusion consulting for many organizations. Jennifer and host Phil Wagner discuss what it means to be a D&I consultant, encountering apathy within the business space for D&I work, and what lived experiences, if any, is necessary to do D&I work in a formal capacity.
