In this sermon, Pastor Kevin looks at Luke 1:26-38. Here, the angel Gabriel announces to Mary that she will conceive and bear the Son of God, a message that initially prompts her reasonable question, "How will this be, since I am a virgin?" As Gabriel explains God’s plan and the power of the Holy Spirit, Mary gradually moves from questioning to trusting, accepting the incredible promise. Ultimately, her humble and submissive response, “I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word,” serves as a model of faith, showing us how to trust God’s purposes even when they surpass our understanding.
