Welcome back to A Little Bit Deep, where we continue our exploration of thought-provoking topics.

In this episode, we discuss the challenges and complexities of making new friends as a female in her twenties. As we navigate through life after our school years, we realize how difficult it can be to find and form real and meaningful connections. We'll be talking about why it's harder to make friends as an adult, including factors like conflicting schedules, different priorities, relationships, moving cities and trust issues. Through this conversation, we hope to provide insight and help other young women who are struggling to make new friends, feel less alone, while also acknowledging the emotional complexities that come with forming new relationships.
