Either at a young age and/or from a past lover, we were judged and judged and judged until we chose to believe it to be real. Sam confronts this lie and gives the bold statement of "nothing is wrong with you, there never has been."

Maybe it's a lack of trust from preventing us from showing our authenticity, Sam touches on trust in the Feminine and Masculine dynamics. “We can go "well I don't trust the person yet" as an excuse to be not be us, but really it's you're not willing to vulnerable enough with you to let yourself be seen.” Sam states.

Sam challenges you to look at, how much of you are you hiding in relationship? "Are you willing to live life as you?"

From vulnerability to allowance to the opening of you, Sam gets you to look at how willing are you to open be express your authentic self in relationship and the practice required.
