With all the news in the media about COVID-19 and all the information floating around (some true, most false), we as adults have the responsibility to control the narrative for our children. It’s super important to have honest conversations - that are also age-appropriate - because children look to us as examples for how to behave and feel during times of turmoil. In this episode, I have a frank conversation with my niece, nephew and son about the Coronavirus and the many changes we’ve had to face in the wake of this health crisis.
