We all have a story. But we don't often think about how our story can enhance our career or our leadership. On today's episode, I have a discussion with Brennan Wood, the Executive Director of The Dougy Center in Portland Oregon about how our origin story can be one of the greatest leadership tools we have. Brennan is an example of someone who's allowed her story to fuel her professional career and is now serving people and touching lives all across the country as a result.
