Mother’s Day can bring up mixed emotions for those of us who have complicated relationships with our mothers. Healing my relationship with my mother has been a huge part of my healing journey, as I simultaneously learn to mother my kids differently than was modeled for me, so we’ll talk about that journey and the lessons learned along the way, in hopes that it brings you 1 step closer to healing your relationship with your mother.
