This episode explores the tagline of this podcast: If I have myself I have it all - this is a quote that I came up with recently after years on my journey of personal development and it is actually what inspired the launch of this podcast.  I was Born to Transform myself as many times as necessary to discover more of myself and the world around me, to be who I need to be in order to put my gifts at the service of helping others.

When you can find a balance within your bodies, mind, soul, emotions and physical body you can rely on that stability from within. No matter what happens outside you are always going to be able to rely on yourself.
