So 2022 is already in full swing - I mean it is the second week of February already - maybe you hit the ground running,  in which case 'atta girl!'

But if you haven’t found that the change of year number brought you automatic joy and energy, or abundant creativity and the poise you crave - perhaps you could give yourself a reset, instead allowing yourself to ease in more gently, whatever you are facing.

Pushing through may sound valiant, but if you are at capacity, it’s only going to demoralise you further. Whereas, giving yourself permission to go gently as you find your feet, could be the one thing which sees you making more progress, as you cultivate kindness and value the art of starting small.
